Offering an ongoing roster of classes in our silversmithing studio requires a considerable investment in administration, supplies, and instructors. We maintain a waiting list for our classes. However, a waiting list does not guarantee that we can replace a student, and working to fill cancelled seats requires a great deal of administrative time. For this reason we have a strict cancellation policy. Be certain you understand our policy before registering.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A full refund is given if cancellation is received up to 10 full days BEFORE the day of the class. The student cancelling can choose to receive their refund in either a store/studio credit or reimbursement to their credit card.
- Cancellations WITHIN 10 full days BEFORE the day of the class will be refunded at 65% of the total cost of the class if we are NOT able to resell the cancelled seat. If we are able to resell the cancelled seat, a full refund will be given. The refund (either 65% or 100%) can be in the form of either a store/studio credit or reimbursement to their credit card, as the student chooses. No class materials will be provided.
- On the day of the class, no refund or credit will be given to any student who does not attend or misses part of a class for any reason – and time can not be made up for time missed in class. Students who miss a class, are however, entitled to the materials and instructional hand-out they would have received had they attended class. These can be picked up at the store.
Workingsilver reserves the right to cancel a class for low enrollment, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancelled class, all those registered will be given a full refund in either the form of a store/studio credit or reimbursement to their credit card, as the student chooses.
