Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2 business days. You can track your order by clicking on the Canada Post tracking number provided in the notice of completion email sent to you when your order is shipped.
ONLY PRE-APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT. Obtain return approval by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving return approval, products must be returned with a copy of the sales invoice and in their original packaging by parcel post at customer’s expense unless otherwise arranged (return shipping on defective items will be paid by Workingsilver.com). A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, ONLY after the goods are received in satisfactory condition at Workingsilver.

Stone(s) must be returned to Workingsilver in their original packaging and be received by us prior to processing your credit.
DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS:
Should your order become lost or damaged in transport, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can be of immediate assistance. Workingsilver will work with Canada Post to locate your lost parcel or get reimbursement for damaged items. Workingsilver will then either re-ship damaged goods at no charge or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer. In the case of damaged items, please send pictures with an email describing the condition of the parcel and items you received to our email address at email@example.com. Workingsilver may or may not request return of damaged items, but if damaged items are returned, Workingsilver will pay the cost of return shipping.
