Shipping & Return Policies

WE SHIP VIA CANADA POST

We will process and ship your order within 2 business days.  You can track your order by clicking on the Canada Post tracking number provided in the notice of shipping email sent to you when your order is shipped.

RETURNS:

ONLINE ORDERS:

ONLY PRE-APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT. Obtain return approval by emailing service@workingsilver.com. After receiving return approval, products must be returned with the sales invoice and in their original packaging by parcel post at customer’s expense. A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, ONLY after the goods are received in satisfactory condition at Workingsilver.

INSTORE ORDERS:

Full refunds can be issued for products within SEVEN DAYS form the date of purchase, with the Sales Invoice, and with the products in their original packaging.  No refund without the Sales Invoice.  No refunds after 7 days.

STONES:

OUR STONES ARE EASY TO BUY, BECAUSE EACH STONE COMES WITH A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We will give you a full refund AND pay the return shipping if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the stone(s) you purchased!! Prior to returning the stone(s), email service@workingsilver.com for a return approval. Stone(s) must be returned to Workingsilver in their original packaging and be received by us prior to processing your credit.

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS:

Should your order become lost or damaged in transport, please email service@workingsilver.com so that we can be of immediate assistance. Workingsilver will either re-ship damaged goods at no charge or refund your purchase, which ever you prefer. However, in the case of damage, the damaged goods MUST be returned to Workingsilver by parcel post at customer’s expense and be received by us prior to re-shipping or processing your credit.
