We will process and ship your order within 2 business days.  You can track your order by clicking on the Canada Post tracking number provided in the notice of shipping email sent to you when your order is shipped.


ONLY PRE-APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT. Obtain return approval by emailing After receiving return approval, products must be returned with a copy of the sales invoice and in their original packaging by parcel post at customer’s expense unless otherwise arranged. A credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, ONLY after the goods are received in satisfactory condition at Workingsilver.

Stone(s) must be returned to Workingsilver in their original packaging and be received by us prior to processing your credit.


Should your order become lost or damaged in transport, please email so that we can be of immediate assistance. Workingsilver will either re-ship damaged goods at no charge or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer. However, in the case of damage, the damaged goods MUST be returned to Workingsilver by parcel post and be received by us prior to re-shipping or processing your credit.  We will pay for return shipping on damaged goods.
